Our instructor is approved by the American Heart Association to offer CPR and BLS training. As the world leader in CPR, first aid and emergency cardiovascular care (ECC) training and education, the approved centers of the American Heart Association offer a variety of options to learn lifesaving skills. Pharmacy Tech Seminar
This seminar is for working professionals in pharmacy industry. The aim of this half-day (5 hours) seminar is to update the knowledge and skills in current pharmacy practices. The seminar will also assist those wanting to prepare for Pharmacy Board exam.
Medisoft is a powerful medical billing software. While the rules and regulations of medical billing have changed over the years and become more complex, this workshop might be essential in updating knowledge of medical billing and learning many new features included in the latest version of the Medisoft software. This workshop demonstrates easy navigation and use of the program, comprehensive practice management tools to increase productivity and office efficiency. Though not essential, some prior knowledge in medical billing and doctor’s office management will be advantageous.

Our experienced trainer will help you to design user specific databases in our computer labs. Prior knowledge of Microsoft Access will be helpful.

In the business world, incorrect data can be costly. Many companies use customer information such as contact information, addresses, services used, and preferences. The company may lose customers if the address or other information is inaccurate. You will learn how to do data auditing in spreadsheet and database files to detect anomalies and contradictions. You will apply various methods such as parsing, data transformation, and duplicate elimination. Experienced trainer will work with you and guide you through excel and database software in our computer labs. Prior knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access or some other database is required.
